Return Policy

You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.*

Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.

For items returned after 30 days, ConciergeSystemsInc.com will grant a credit of up to 80% of the item's value.

*Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to ConciergeSystemsInc.com (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.


Refund Policy

Upon arrival at the Concierge Systems, Inc. warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery* we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 80 percent.
